Abstract

Telemedicine is widely used in many countries and has great potential for distribution. The aim of the study was to analyse the results of an article on the factors concomitant with the introduction of telemedicine, as well as barriers that slow down speed. Studying the regional features of road accidents, the terrain helps in choosing the location of centers for remote assistance. Linguistic problems, the negative attitude of some about innovative systems in medicine, and the lack of literature limit the rapid evolution of telemedicine among the population. The insufficiently high qualities of local Internet providers and the unadjusted legal aspects hinder the wider distribution of distance medical services.
