Abstract

Purpose of the scientific work is to study adreno-cholinergic correlations with limbico-reticular aberrations in children with cerebral vision disorders. Materials and methods. For the last 10 years, the sensomnesthetic and optical kinetic parameters of the visual analyzer of 3,200 children from 3 months to 1 year, and then dynamics 1 to 3 years, catamnestically 5-7 years and early years were investigated. The main neurological diagnosis of the children involved in the surveys was the immediate and distant outcome of preoperative, perinatal encephalopathy, perinatal period of 600 circuits, and perinatal toxico-hypoxic encephalopathy in 800 fronts. Neurosonographic, electroencephalographic, summoned visual potentials, transcranial and triplex dopplerographic examinations were investigated in accordance with neurological and ophthalmologic syndromes, and results of magnetic resonance imaging of the brain were considered. Results and discussion. The results from these monitoring studies show that correlation analysis using histograms is based on the aberrations of their limbic-reticular complexes during catecholamine ex-dumping syndrome in children with pre-perinatal encephalopathy. First - along with the semi-delays of the 'rhythm' rhythms and their excessive emotional tension, there is a decline in the urgency of day-to-day sleep, in other words the 'emotional-dissociation'. Naturally, medico-vascular correction of the phases of cerebral and cranial derangements, as well as patho- and sanogenic mechanisms caused by homeostatic aberrations, requires great attention and sequence. The treatment scheme that we have implemented consistently in recent years and recommended for practical health is introduced in the article. Conclusion. The results of our research over the past 5 years prove that clinical examination of pathological tension between the limbic reticulum complex and cerebral cortex in children can be accomplished through daily monitoring of cerebral phase. With the help of differentiated and consistent medical correction these pathologies can be kept close to relative compensation and maintained.
