Abstract

Disseminated sclerosis is a chronic progressive nervous disorder involving myelin sheath decomposition with subsequent degeneration of nerve fibers and clinical polymorphic presentation. This disorder affects primarily young people of employable age but may also manifest itself in childhood in 1,8-5 percent of patients.
