The Clinical-Haemodynamical Peculiarities of Ischemic Strokes with Underlying Symptomatic Arterial Hypertension

30 patients were examined in the acute period of ischemic stroke in anterior cerebral circulation of vasorenal etiology, which is caused by the tortuosity of the extracranial vessels. It was found that the pathological deformation of the vessels is more often due to acquired pathology, in particular arterial hypertension, which increases the hydrodynamic load on the vascular wall, which must be considered in the choice of tactics for treating this pathology.
