Abstract

The article deals with a comparative analysis in the early (17 and 30 days) and matured periods of postnatal ontogenesis the dynamics of LDK enzyme activity in the brain structures of white rats exposed to 5 and 10% hypoxia at E3 - E7 days of fertilization of prenatal ontogenesis. The data analysis indicates that 5% hypoxia has a stronger effect on the activity of the enzyme. With the prolongation of the period of postnatal ontogenesis there was no recovery of the enzyme activity to the control level, even in most cases hypoxia resulted in hyperactivity of the enzyme.
