Experience of Nonpharmacological Rehabilitation of Children with Perinatal Disorders of Nervous System

Abstract

This article is devoted to rehabilitation, which is very important part of health care, with emphasis on medical care for children under the age of 1 years old with perinatal damage of central nervous system. The method of hydrothermotherapy was introduced into the work of the department of rehabilitation in the clinical hospital No. 3 in Tashkent. The classes with children were held two times a week and included: first step - preparatory massage, gymnastics; second step - classes in the pool (hydrokinetic therapy with elements of swimming and diving); third step - sauna therapy; fourth step - contrasting procedures (shower with varying water temperature); fifth step - resting.In the publication we compare the results obtained after processing the collected material using alternative and factor analysis. For a sociological survey of parents, we developed a questionnaire by the authors of this article. The method of hydrothermotherapy in the rehabilitation period in infants with perinatal lesions of the nervous system is quite effective and can be recommended for practical implementation.
