Abstract

Diabetic neuropathy is a multifaceted problem and requires joint efforts of endocrinologists to early diagnose the recognition and treatment of this complication. Diabetic autonomic cardiac neuropathy is one of the manifestations of nerve fiber damage in diabetes mellitus. Cardiac neuropathy is one of the variants of heart failure in conditions of hyperglycemia. The proposed article discusses new methods for diagnosis cardiac autonomic neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
