Age Features of The Dynamics of Cerebral Hemodynamic in Patients with Ischemic Stroke

The article presents the results of the analysis of the dynamics of cerebral blood flow in 318 patients with ischemic stroke (acute period until the residual), of which 126 patients with middle-aged (45-59 years) and 192 elderly patients (60-75 years). In middle-aged patients of between 1 to 6 months higher volume cerebral blood flow and common carotid blood flow than in elderly patients. In the period of 6-12 months higher these rates in elderly patients. For stroke patients with middle and old age in the residual period characterized by an integral reduction of cerebral hemodynamics in blood vessels of the carotid and vertebrobasilar-basilar basin, which determines the need to focus in the strategy of the management of patients with ischemic stroke, the correction of cerebral circulation, especially in the this period.
