The lecture is devoted to the pathogenetic treatment of multiple sclerosis, which is one of the most serious problems of modern neurology. The lecture provides information on the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of current methods of pathogenetic treatment of multiple sclerosis, which objectivised changes in the condition of patients. The dominant position among the methods of pathogenetic treatment of multiple sclerosis is currently occupied by drugs which used in Diseases Modifying Treatment (DMT).
